NSW: Shonky real estate agent jailed

A north Sydney real estate agent who stole deposits, rent payments and bond money from
his clients has been jailed for almost four years.

NSW Fair Trading Minister JOHN WATKINS says the Downing Centre District Court heard
how JAMES LLOYD WOODMAN, who traded as GJ Lloyds Realty in Kirribilli, stole $63,000 of
his clients' money between 1994 and 1997.

WOODMAN has also been ordered to repay the $63,000 already paid to his victims by the
Department of Fair …
