David Simon has been lauded for his brutally real depiction of Baltimore in HBO's "The Wire," and now he turns his attention to our most tragic city: New Orleans. The party ended for the joyous and decadent birthplace of jazz when it was crashed by the ultimate wet blanket, 2005's Hurricane Katrina.
